Acceptable Use Policy

• Generate try-on images of identifiable people without their explicit consent.
• Generate sexually explicit, nude, violent, hateful, or otherwise unlawful imagery.
• Generate try-ons of minors, or upload photos of minors as the source image.
• Impersonate another person or brand.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or rebuild competing services using our output.
• Resell raw try-on output as a standalone AI image-generation product.
• Bypass rate limits, the publishable-key scoping, or the Shopify billing flow.

As the Shopify merchant deploying the widget, you are responsible for ensuring your storefront's use of try-on complies with Shopify's Acceptable Use Policy and applicable law in the regions where you sell.
