Refund & Cancellation Policy

Free tier

Every plan includes 50 free try-ons per calendar month. You can use the service indefinitely on the free tier without entering payment details.

Cancelling a paid plan

Shopify-billed subscriptions: uninstall the app from your Shopify admin or downgrade in the dashboard. The current billing cycle runs to its end and is not refunded; no further charges are made.

Direct (Stripe) subscriptions: cancel from the dashboard billing page. The subscription remains active until the end of the current cycle.

Refunds

Fees are generally non-refundable. We will issue a pro-rata refund at our discretion in two cases:

  • A documented service outage of more than 24 consecutive hours.
  • You were charged after uninstalling the app due to a billing-sync bug on our side.

Statutory rights under your local consumer law (e.g. UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, EU Consumer Rights Directive) are not affected.

Try-on credit overage

Try-ons consumed above your plan limit are billed as overage at the per-try-on rate on the pricing page. Overage is non-refundable once consumed.
